GOOD-BYE TO EVERYONE!

SEE YOU ON EXAMS!

GOOD LUCK!!!!

Almost the end of summer session

yellow-star.gifVery interesting fact I feel about it. Actually I feel pity that by friday everything will be the history. I liked the course, and the manner of teaching of Mr. Emrich, and I am not flattering. May be this is a habit to go every day to the comfortable air-conditioned calm and easy for learning class.  Well, I’ve learned several things I could never start myself in other situation. Foe instance, I never thought of creating a weblog. Thanks this course and our respectful instructor who inspires the students not to be just the consumers of Internet, but also to be the contributors. I think of continuing my weblog, expanding the range of  some interesting topics . I’ll try to promote it and make it popular and frequently visited.

Thanks a lot!!!

Would you like to be traced?

Today’s topic touched me deeply. Currently my life circumstances are closely connected to the surveillance as I have found out that some person entered some databases and could find the personal information about me, the copy of my ID, all telephone and mobile numbers; they traced everything about my recent flight, which airlines I took, which hotel I lived. They even have access to my mobile callings. This is not a joke. It is not easy to live knowing that you are not safe even at your own home, that every minute you are scared because someone can do a serious harm not only to you, but even to the members of your family. The interesting point is that you feel yourself so weak and uncapable to do something to stop all this. And this begins to depress me. I’m sure that every person has the right for privacy. In my situation another problem arose: the weakness of our system of security in Kz, as all the information was gathered through the electronic databases of bodies etc., which are not enough protected from breaking up and thus everyone can find it on specific sites. This means that some people, who possess your personal information are absolutely free in their mean deeds.

Cyberspace experience

As for me I liked the idea of Shields who describes cyberspace as “a new universe… entered equally from a basement in Vancouver, a garage in Texas City, an apartment in Rome…” .  I should say that people get used to many things, good and bad also, and it’s getting harder to escape these things as you are getting so into them. At first, when I started to use Internet frequently many years ago, in general it was a completely new, unfamiliar and amazing experience. But, time passes through, and this experience becomes just a normal and usual thing, sometimes simply a boring routine.  So, you need something extra, something not ordinary, and you’re beginning to explore Internet for something different. Some people get stuck on net-games, some are siiting in chats, blogging, though it’s a recent innovation, dating online is very popular etc.  I much agree that Internet became something more than lot’s of computers connected with each other. Nowadays Internet is living its own life. Currently I’m examinating myspace.com which is a whole space for millions of people from all over the world. And it’s interesting that it offers communication, networking, people can meet their halves in the net space. Thus, they create their unique community, people really make friends there, and the bourders of the understanding of the world are expanding by the way you communicate, it personally attracts me very much.
